Hyundai boasts a top 3 position in the global ranking of EV manufacturers. Hyundai Germany would like to use Hyundai EV coaching to ensure a lasting increase of sales and customer support skills in retail and EV branches.
The development and implementation of a holistic coaching programme for Hyundai retail with experienced e-mobility sales coaches as an effective combination of transferring practical skills and transferring knowledge about the market, charging, customers, product comparisons and subsidies.
Coached Hyundai retailers can double their share in overall EV sales success, and then maintain this significantly increased level. What’s more, over 80% of participants see the value added by EV coaching as high to very high, and consider the information imparted to be valuable for the sales of electric vehicles (~90%).
Unique1’s Hyundai EV coaching programme has had a positive direct impact on the sales successes of participating retailers, and effectively imparts the skills needed to remain competitive moving forwards. With this background, Hyundai is rolling out this coaching programme as an official blanket EV certification programme across all retail.
EV certification has been taking place in Hyundai retail through Unique1 since 2020. Specialist e-mobility coaches train salespeople on all relevant e-mobility topics, such as market expertise, product range, requirement profiles, tax/legal background, EV sales processes and argumentations.
