The Emil Frey Group establishes a digital car dealership on the German market. With the help of an e-learning platform, the project is to be brought closer to responsible salespeople as well as other Emil Frey employees up to managers. The aim is also to have a motivating effect.
In close cooperation with the customer and the Trade Force partners P3 and sbits, multimedia content is created. On the basis of use cases and knowledge queries, the processes of the digital car dealership are conveyed. In addition, a knowledge database is created.
Three months after the digital car dealership went online, 100% of the sellers and around 80% of the other employees and managers have been successfully trained. The need for support is correspondingly low. The platform receives top ratings from users as well as from the Emil Frey management.
The e-learning platform breaks down barriers to digital distribution and buying in the automotive sector and will further promote the digital transformation into this area – and thus significantly stimulate sales.
